Refund Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how payments for Sayver (“Sayver,”“we,” “us,” or “our”) are handled. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Summary
All payments to Sayver are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or reimbursements for any subscription fee, in whole or in part, for any reason. You can try Sayver before you pay using our free scans, you can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. What you cannot do is get money back for a period you have been billed for. This policy applies except where a refund is strictly required by mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived (see the Mandatory consumer rights section).
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to all payments made to Sayver, including:
- Monthly subscriptions on any plan (for example, Solo, Pro, or Max);
- Annual (yearly) subscriptions on any plan;
- Renewal charges for any of the above; and
- Any taxes, fees, or charges applied to those payments.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by Sayver, every charge is governed by this Refund Policy.
3. All sales are final
Sayver is a digital service that is delivered and available to you immediately upon subscribing. Because access is granted right away and the service is consumed on an ongoing basis, all subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, situations where:
- You change your mind after subscribing;
- You did not use the Service, or used only part of it, during a billing period;
- You forgot to cancel before a renewal charged;
- You are dissatisfied with the findings, security score, suggested fixes, or any other output of the Service;
- The Service did not detect a particular vulnerability, threat, or issue, or produced a result you disagree with;
- You no longer need the Service or found an alternative; or
- Your account is suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms.
Security scanning is inherently imperfect and is provided for informational purposes only, as described in our Terms of Service. Dissatisfaction with results is not a basis for a refund.
4. Evaluate before you pay
Because payments are non-refundable, we make it easy to evaluate Sayver before you subscribe. New users receive a limited number of free scans, and anyone can run our free website security scan without paying. We strongly encourage you to use these free options to confirm that Sayver meets your needs before purchasing a paid plan. Subscribing is your confirmation that you have evaluated the Service and accept that fees are final.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or the customer portal provided by our payment processor. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not refund a charge that has already been made.
When you cancel, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that period ends, your plan will not renew and paid features will no longer be available. We do not pro-rate or refund the remaining portion of a period you cancel within.
6. No partial or unused-feature refunds
We do not provide partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for:
- Unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation;
- Unused scans, projects, seats, or other plan allowances;
- Downgrading from a higher plan to a lower one mid-cycle; or
- Periods of downtime, maintenance, or temporary unavailability of the Service.
Switching plans takes effect according to the options presented at checkout or in the billing portal and does not create a right to a refund of fees already paid.
7. Automatic renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You are responsible for cancelling before a renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period. A renewal charge that has already occurred is non-refundable, even if you cancel immediately after it is billed. We recommend cancelling ahead of your renewal date if you do not intend to continue.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at contact@sayver.co so we can look into it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid charge, rather than contacting us, is a breach of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with chargebacks on valid charges and to contest such disputes with evidence of the agreed subscription and this Refund Policy.
9. Payment processor
Payments and subscription management are handled by our third-party payment processor. Sayver does not store your full payment card details. Your use of the checkout and billing portal may also be subject to the processor’s own terms. See our Privacy Policy for how payment-related information is handled.
10. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any right to a refund that you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you and cannot legally be waived. Where such a law grants you a non-waivable right to a refund, we will honor that right to the extent required. Except to that limited extent, all fees are non-refundable as described above. This policy does not constitute legal advice.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
12. Contact
Questions about this Refund Policy or a specific charge? Email us at contact@sayver.co and we will be glad to help clarify how billing works — though, as set out above, fees remain non-refundable except where required by law.
